(01) Working hrs: 8.30-17.45 vs 9.00-18:00 (Win) 15mins shorter
(02) OT: less vs less (draw) both without OT pay
(03) transportation: cash allowance (S$175) vs Co. bus, reach mrt faster (Lose) $ more important then time
(04) lunch: not subsidized vs FOC lunch wiv fruit (Win) free is the best
(05) superior: demanding, agressive, supportive vs giv freedom, no stress, less supportive (Win) can listen radio, arrange ur own working schedule/plan, less supportive = more indenpendent which is good sign
(06) working environment: sometimes dirty with powder vs clean lab (Win)
(07) physical work: sometimes with a bit physical vs none (Win) coz can ask help from production (08) knowledge (value added): quality issues management vs chemical knowledge (Win) academic related is important
(09) secure feeling from Co.: low vs high (Win) then only u feel tat it's worth to put in more effort
(10) working morale: low vs high (Win) work occupy most of life, happy working = happy living
(11) colleagues: ok vs so far so good (draw)
(12) Co. generousity: having cost saving plan.. stingy vs generous (Win) S$700 training for new employee who just start work 2 days.
Summary:
2 draw, 1 lose, 9 win (total: 12)
salary... Based on long term vision, new Co. provides better perspect thus salary can be excluded in consideration.
Conclusion:
Appreciate the opportunity offered, work smart, learn more and B2H!~
P.S: hopefully these "9 win" will not decrease down the road...
9/24/2006 STOP!~~By right, I should study n get myself prepared for the coming new job. But... 'by left'... i clear up my room, i do some magazine cutting, i tidy my pc data, i tidy up my closet, bleh bleh bleh.. and i started my first blog...
Y?! y do these happen for the past whole week?
B'coz.. i am lazy~ sigh~ sad n not-shame-enough to say it (P.S.: if i shame enough, i won't allow myself to b so lazy).
I used to console myself tt i am just too phobia to face it again.. the bulk study things.
Sometimes, i also console myself tt if it is Bio. instead of Chem. i'll read... (really??)
anyway... i make myself a promise again. i will really b serious, sit down n start reading some mat'l tt i already prepared...
Plz don't b a empty promise again... don't get urself regret only when u can't answer basic-silly questions (cross fingers).
69.9 ==> (49.9/2-2.5)*0.95 = 21.32006.09.20, I got one achievement... I bought *** that worth S$69.9 with only S$21.3. On top of that, I got 2 free gifts.
 About 2 months ago, I started to read thro' frens' blogs. It does come across my mind to have my own blog. But I never thought that *** is the momentum...
Oh ya! I bought another 3 sets with S$12 each!!~ Yeah Yeah... emm... hope they last... (Cross fingers).

9/22/2006 boring blogThis morning on d way 2 Co., I was thinking about my blog.
What should i write it? Will my frens read it? Even strangers? Bundle of silly questions.
Well, i always asked myself questionss and then answered them myself. i think most of the ladies... or even most of the ppl are like this. i am very sure that i am a ordinary ppl who there r lots of ppl out there with similar thinking and behaviours with me.
Okie, Q1: What should i write it?
Well, anything i don't feel to tell ppl via my mouth yet i want to 'say' it out... then i write.
Q2: Will my frens and strangers read it?
of course the answer is YES only matter in the "qty"... how many ppl will read it.
A conclusion:
From what i had wrote in these 2 blogs, u can judge that my blog will be very boring and meaningless or non-beneficial in all aspects.
Thus, i will continue my crab-'writing' and u can continue to search for other ppls' blogs.
