    專家稱不宜亂服多種維他命
    

     
    

    

    

    美國哈佛大學醫學院的科研人員最近發現，健康成年人服用多種維他命製劑反而可能會對身體有害。

    最新出版的《哈佛男性健康觀察》發表文章說，對健康成年人來說，服用多種維他命製劑不會起到防止罹患心臟病或癌症的作用。一些研究甚至認為，過量服用某些維他命可能增加罹患癌症的風險，比如說維他命Ｅ被認為與肺癌有關。

    從事這項研究的哈維·西蒙說，有充分的證據表明，服用多種維他命對健康成年人是無效的，甚至可能有害。既然如此，為什麼還要服用呢？

    對於人們是否需要額外補充多種維他命，美國科學界一直存在爭議。但普遍觀點認為，對孕婦、老人和免疫功能缺乏的人來說，服用多種維他命製劑對健康還是有用的。(新華社)

    Segar Meadows  is Build-To-Order flat tat we applied on OCt 2007
    

    and we get a very lousy no. (thro random)
    

    coz there r ~300+ '4 room flats' available
    

    our number is 600+!
    

     
    

    This is the 4th times we applied HDB flats (3 times on resale, 1 time on BTO)
    

    and all 4 times we get very big number
    

    very behind queue number
    

     
    

    Dear was wandering is it bcoz i am PR instead of citizen?

    dream - dinner gathering with sec school frens

    i was in a shopping mall somewhere in a residental area of kl 
    

    coz i was in a very casual dressing
    

    i guess it should b leisure mall
    

     
    

    i saw Rky in a counter
    

    as usual, he was a bit shock n paisei or 'gentleman'? look
    

    i said 'as usual' means, dunno y, since after we leave school, he didn't look 
    

    as wat he was in sec school

    who suggested to have a gathering dinner tat night
    

    guess is me since he hardly join any of our gathering

    i started my first yoga class @.. 28 feb. 
    

    it is a 10 lessons course which only cost me S$50. each lesson S$5 1hr. nice!
    

     
    

    DD & me waiting for 2 big results...
    

    (1) whether we got chance on d HDB flat we applied
    

    (2) whether our honeymoon trip will b confirmed
    

    2nd one may only be confirmed in apr..
    

    cross finger.. double cross... err.. will it likes twisting it back to bad luck? since it is "double" cross?

    went to my first IT fair
    

    emm.. experience still ok
    

    but didnt' spend big $ on anything beside buying a antivirus software
